Radiation
Radiation has become an integral part of our lives and affects us all adversely 24/7. The worst culprits are the DECT cordless telephones which should be consigned to the dustbin and replaced with the corded phones that attach directly to a telephone socket. Next comes WiFi and the wireless technology which should be replaced once again by using either IT cables or the electrical network.
Mobile phones and masts are another contributor to the electro smog we live in. We should of course always consign masts to uninhabited areas but this is hardly ever under our control. We should use our mobile telephones as little as possible but then only in loud speaker mode, not pressed to our ears. If you must use it without the speaker then use the special bellows type earpiece, not the wired version or worse still, Bluetooth.
Radiation is ten times more harmful during sleep so I suggest that you switch off all appliances including clock radios, TVs, Sky/Freeview boxes, chargers and even table lamps at the plug socket before going to sleep. In fact the only thing it would be difficult to turn off is the fridge/freezer. This should give you a good refreshing and revitalising sleep.
Children naturally come off worse with the effects of radiation since their brains relative to the thickness of their skulls are larger and the skull bones themselves tend to be more porous.
We must ignore all the denials given by the "experts" who are mostly employed by the very industry which promotes the use of products at the centre of the radiation debate.
Unless we live in a bubble, it is never possible to live a fulfilling life without being subjected to environmental toxins including radiation. However, by following simple guidelines, it is possible to reduce exposure which should then enable the body to deal effectively with the remainder.
