Impetigo 

The superficial vesicles in impetigo are caused by superficial skin infection with bacteria, mostly the streptococcus or staphylococcus varieties.
These bacteria are normal inhabitants of the skin and are kept in check by the other "good" inhabitants of the skin, the probiotics of which the most renowned are lacto bacillus acidophilus and bifidus.
